Orders under £100 (parts / accessories only) are charged at our standard delivery rate.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Bicycles Over £3,000
All bicycles with a retail value of £3,000 or more are shipped via Bike Services UK or another specialist cycle courier selected by us.
What this includes:

Professional bike transport

Safer handling for premium bicycles

Delivered in a ready-to-ride condition

Minimal setup required (e.g. saddle height / pedals where applicable)

Tracked delivery with booking updates
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Bicycles Under £3,000
Bicycles under £3,000 are typically shipped using insured tracked courier services such as Parcelforce Worldwide or equivalent.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Accessories / Parts

Orders £100+ – FREE tracked shipping

Orders under £100 – £5.99
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days.
Order Processing Times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm GMT/BST
Orders placed before 2:00pm on working days may dispatch same day, subject to stock availability and payment checks.

Bike Delivery Preparation
All bicycles are professionally prepared before dispatch.
Bikes over £3,000 (Bike Services UK)
Your bicycle will arrive ready to ride, subject only to personal setup such as:

Saddle height adjustment

Handlebar angle preference

Pedal fitting (if supplied loose)

Suspension settings (where applicable)
Bikes under £3,000
Your bicycle may be partially boxed for transport and may require minor assembly such as:

Straightening handlebars

Fitting pedals
-
Adjusting saddle height
Delivery Signature & Security
Some deliveries may require a signature depending on item value and courier policy.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order where required.
If nobody is available, the courier may:

Attempt redelivery

Leave a collection card

Redirect to depot / pickup point

Special Delivery Requests
