Overview

At 93 Cycles, we're committed to getting your new bike to you quickly and safely. We offer free tracked shipping on all bicycles and orders over £100.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Tracked Shipping (FREE)

Applies to:

•All bicycles

•Any order totaling £100 or more

•Orders under £100 on accessories and parts (standard shipping applies)

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Carrier: Parcel Force (Royal Mail)

What's Included:

•Full tracking number provided with your order confirmation

•Real-time tracking updates via Parcel Force website

•Signature required on delivery (for security of high-value items)

•Insurance coverage included

Tracking Your Order:Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time on the Parcel Force website or by contacting us with your order number.

Shipping Costs

Bicycles (any value) - FREE

Orders £100+ - FREE

Orders under £100 (accessories only) - £5.99

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

•United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

•Delivery to UK addresses only at this time

•We do not currently ship internationally

Order Processing

Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. Processing begins Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm GMT.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2pm GMT on business days will be dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).

Important Information

Bike Packaging & Handling

All bicycles are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

•Bikes are professionally packed in secure boxes

•Handlebars are turned and pedals removed for compact packaging

•Protective padding and foam used throughout

•All packaging is recyclable

Delivery Signature

Due to the high value of bicycles, a signature is required on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package. If you're not available, Parcel Force will leave a card, and you can arrange redelivery or collect from your local depot.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your bike arrives damaged or items are missing:

1.Do not discard packaging - keep all original packaging and materials

2.Contact us immediately - email workshop@93cycles.co.uk with photos of the damage

3.File a claim - we will file a claim with Parcel Force on your behalf

4.Resolution - we'll arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is processed

Note: Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If your package is delayed or you haven't received tracking information within 24 hours of order confirmation:

Special Requests

Delivery Instructions

You can add special delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., "Leave in garage" or "Deliver to side door"). However, please note that Parcel Force requires a signature for all bike deliveries, so someone must be available to sign.

Changing Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at workshop@93cycles.co.uk. We can update the address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
